Self Care Moments 

Awwwww the long sigh to the word *SELF CARE*, We as parents KNOW that we should DO this. The things that get in the way also have very valid reasons that justify NOT stopping and taking care of Y-O-U. 

 

The Reasons:

The family will fall apart,

The babysitter is too expensive,

The house only snow balls while im away.

 

                  (insert your own reason)

 These feelings are so huge and overwhelming! So whatever your feelings, or the reasons, The point being you're discounting yourself and how valuable you are to your family!!!!  

It is incredibly difficult to walk away from our job title -Mother- protector- therapy chaffer add all the other things ya need to, but you need to love you!

               you are irreplaceable! 

you are important enough to deserve you time.
